Never Yell

Never Yell

We all have our own boundaries when it comes to what we consider unprofessional, disrespectful, or simply unproductive behavior. For me, yelling tops the listt—especially in a professional setting. It’s simple: you shouldn’t yell at others, and you shouldn’t tolerate being yelled at.

Yelling communicates two troubling messages. First, it signals a lack of self-control, hinting at deeper insecurities and unresolved personal issues.. Second, it shows a willingness to reduce the person being yelled at to a mere target of aggression, disregarding  their emotional well-being and undermining their sense of safety.

My advice? Stay composed and draw the line when it comes to yelling. Never do it and never tolerate it from others. Losing self-control and demeaning others is simply wrong and has no place in a professional environment. Respect and professionalism should always be the standard.
